What began as a small koi pond project in our yard in 2023 quickly grew into a deep passion for Koi. After discovering how difficult it was to find high‑quality Japanese koi locally in Idaho, we were inspired to begin breeding them ourselves. This led to the creation of our own Nishikigoi aka koi‑breeding operation.
